We know you by name, care about your personal balance, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We are seeking a **Scrum Master with a technical background** (medium or higher education degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications) and **prior experience both as a Software Developer and as a Scrum Master on software projects.** REQUIREMENTS **What will make you successful** **3–6 years’ experience in this role** **Specific knowledge**: * Proven experience implementing agile methodologies and leading teams within that context. Scrum Master experience, minimum 3 years. * Technical knowledge (familiarity with—and ideally hands-on experience using): * ELK (Kibana) * Java * Jenkins * Ionic/Angular * GIT * Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB * Cloud platform: AWS, Azure **Language**: English B2 **Activities and Competencies:** * Apply core agile principles: collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Work directly with the Scrum team to support smaller, less complex initiatives—and assist senior Scrum Masters on high-complexity initiatives. * Collaborate in defining, refining, and specifying the backlog.
