Dynamic work with autonomy and direct customer contact At BACSA — a company specialized in professional and industrial weighing solutions and part of the DIBAL Group — we are looking for a Junior SAT Technician to strengthen our Technical Assistance Service team in Catalonia. The ideal candidate is someone seeking job stability, with a proactive attitude and motivation to grow technically. Must possess learning ability, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset when handling incidents or malfunctions, as well as interest in developing a technical career within the industrial sector. Main Responsibilities: \- Carry out installations, preventive and corrective maintenance of scales and other weighing equipment. \- Perform technical diagnostics and resolve malfunctions on equipment installed at customer sites. \- Manage and complete technical intervention reports following internal procedures. \- Travel to customer facilities across Catalonia according to the established schedule. \- Collaborate with senior technicians and receive mentoring during the initial training and adaptation phase. \- Represent BACSA to customers by delivering professional, high-quality service. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (advanced spoken, advanced written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Training in electronics, electricity, or electromechanics. Willingness to travel throughout Catalonia. Learning ability, responsibility, and solution-oriented attitude. Interest in pursuing a technical career in the industrial sector * Own vehicle available * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (8 hours \- daily shift) * Additional information of interest: Approximately once per month, on-call duty on Friday afternoons and Saturdays for supermarket scale repairs. Occasional travel may be required in exceptional cases — once experience has been acquired — to repair scales in other provinces of the country.
