Through this opportunity, you can take on the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands\-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in supervising microservices- and hexagonal-based architecture. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will supervise continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match...** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience in a technical lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Experience or knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis is valued. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
