Technical Architect (Quantity Surveyor)

Description

The position combines **office-based work and on-site supervision**, participating in various project phases: quantity surveying, drafting plans, budgeting, supplier and subcontractor management, as well as site visits and construction monitoring. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Conducting on-site measurements and data collection. * Preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documentation. * Preparing and monitoring budgets. * Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitoring and coordinating construction works. * Conducting site visits and quality control. * Tracking costs, deadlines, and work execution. * Supporting the identification of technical and construction solutions. PROFILE WE SEEK * Technical Architect (Quantity Surveyor). * Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual. * Proactive and capable of working effectively in a team. * Knowledgeable in construction and construction project management. * Prior experience in the sector is valued, **although we will also consider junior candidates, recent graduates, or final-year students eager to learn and develop professionally**. * Proficiency in industry-specific technical software. * Valid driver's license.
