A future we have been defining for years alongside our employees, inventing solutions that transform the way people work, enabling sustainable performance. **What will be your main objectives as a Technical and Functional Support Specialist?** Provide technical-functional support to clients using the PeopleNet platform, ensuring the proper adaptation of Payroll and Human Resources software to regulatory changes and the specific needs of each organization. You will play a key role in resolving medium-to-high complexity incidents, managing both technical and functional aspects, while closely collaborating with development and support teams. As a Technical and Functional Support Specialist, you will: * Manage and resolve technical and functional incidents related to PeopleNet across various service models (OnPrem, multitenant Payroll, Dedicated), delivering effective solutions at both technical and functional levels. * Create detailed technical-functional documentation analyzing changes and their impact, related to proactive/corrective incident maintenance, ensuring traceability and effectiveness of implemented changes. * Adopt and apply defined departmental working methodologies, ensuring process consistency and compliance with quality standards. * Support junior team members by providing continuous training and ensuring their integration and professional development within the team. * Apply and monitor quality standards and manage KPIs to optimize Payroll processes, actively contributing to continuous product improvement and team performance. **About you** -------------------- * Technical education in Computer Science, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Experience as a technical or functional consultant in PeopleNet tools or other payroll solutions, with solid knowledge of Spanish payroll management. * Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) for application customization and development. * Effective communication skills, teamwork, customer orientation, and the ability to proactively and efficiently solve problems. * Advanced competence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use IT tools in a professional environment. * High learning capacity, adaptability to change, and autonomy to contribute to team success and continuous improvement. *Beyond technical skills, we seek talented professionals who want to demonstrate and experience their potential by exploring new opportunities with us.
