With over 35 years of experience, we are leaders in temporary disability management in Spain, provide high-quality healthcare services, and are reference experts in bodily injury assessment. **Q\-ready** is seeking a Team Manager for Psychology teams to organize activities and manage psychologists, ensure service quality control, and handle communication and liaison in the Valencia area. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Conducting the initial patient assessment interview. * Designing individualized intervention plans according to established guidelines. * Managing and facilitating Support Groups. * Receiving and managing patient communications. **What advantages does working at a company like Q\-ready offer?** * **We offer either a Freelance Contract** (the candidate must be registered as self-employed) **or an Employment Contract** * **Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday** * **Morning or afternoon shifts, depending on the candidate’s availability** * Possible travel **once per week to Alicante or Castellón** * Degree in Psychology * Completion of the **Official Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology** (or alternatively, Health Psychology Accreditation or PIR residency) * Experience in team management * Additional training in **suicide risk management** * Availability to work **full-time from Monday to Sunday** * Availability for possible **weekly travel to Alicante and/or Valencia** * **Native-level spoken and written Valencian is mandatory**
