If you seek an environment where your impact is tangible and your professional growth is assured… This opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s IT and telecommunications systems through alarm and incident detection, request intake, and execution of resolution procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operations and Support** Provide advanced (N2/N3\) support for customer systems, resolving incidents related to operating systems, servers, networks, virtualization, and critical services. Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex issues, identifying root causes and proposing preventive actions. Personalized Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding individual client needs and providing effective solutions. Multilingual Communication: Leverage your language skills to communicate effectively with clients speaking different languages, ensuring a barrier-free experience. **Infrastructure** Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu 20\.04/22\.04\) environments and their associated services. Manage databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, along with associated middleware (Java stacks, Docker Swarm, etc.). Maintain virtualized platforms on Azure, OCI, or AWS. **Automation \& DevOps** Collaborate on automation processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or other tools used by the team. Contribute to standardizing deployments, updates, and operational procedures. **Monitoring** Implement, tune, and operate monitoring tools, alerts, and metrics. Analyze alerts, respond to them, and document recurring patterns. **Change Management** Participate in planning and implementing updates during timeframes agreed upon with the client. Apply best practices for security, continuity, and change control. **Documentation \& Continuous Improvement** Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization. **What will make you stand out?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3–5 years administering complex, client-oriented IT infrastructures. * Demonstrable experience in advanced support for Linux and Windows Server systems, networks, and virtualization. * Ability to efficiently solve problems and work under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Relevant IT certifications are valued. * Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu), Windows Server. * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL. * Virtualization and Cloud: Azure, OCI, AWS. * Containers and Orchestration: Docker Swarm. * Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, HA. * Automation: Terraform, Ansible. * Monitoring: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc. * Security: Best practices in hardening, credential management, and infrastructure protection. * Intermediate-to-advanced English
