Position Summary: We are seeking talented Station Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences at 5-star resorts, managing stations autonomously and collaborating on culinary events. WeMoveWise is looking for talented Station Chefs for an international leader in hospitality and leisure, operating at 5-star resorts in France, to create memorable gastronomic experiences. **Environment:** Premium all-inclusive resorts featuring multiple restaurants (buffets, à la carte service, live cooking stations, and events). Conceptual spaces where creativity and technique can be expressed while working with multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage your station autonomously (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry, depending on profile). * Ensure production in high-end collective catering (600 to 1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet setup and restocking. * Collaborate on live cooking demonstrations and culinary events. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior chefs. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience as a Station Chef. * Creativity and enthusiasm for delighting guests. * Rigorous adherence to hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle high-volume operations without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1\) for working in international teams. * Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and teamwork spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Conditions and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1,400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Possible access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Location: Various resorts across France (French Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
