Position Summary: We are seeking talented Station Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences at Premium All-Inclusive resorts, expressing creativity and technical skill within multicultural teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead your station with autonomy, blending creativity and culinary technique. 2. Collaborate in gastronomic events and live cooking demonstrations, creating unique emotional experiences. 3. Train junior chefs in an international haute cuisine environment. Work Location: French Alps. WeMoveWise is looking for internationally minded hospitality and leisure leaders for 5-star resorts — talented Station Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences in France. **Environment:** Premium All-Inclusive resorts featuring multiple restaurants (buffets, à la carte service, live cooking stations, and special events). Conceptual spaces where creativity and technique thrive, working alongside multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage your station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry, depending on profile). * Ensure high-end collective catering production (600–1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet setup and restocking. * Collaborate in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior chefs. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Station Chef. * Creativity and enthusiasm for delighting guests. * Rigorous adherence to hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1) for working in international teams. * Organizational skills, speed, and team spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Conditions and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1,400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Locations: Various resorts across France (French Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
