Developer with Python experience to create AWS Lambda functions and implement solutions for the contact center, with experience in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, SAM CLI) and Git-based CI/CD workflows. REQUIRED SKILLS: Over 2 years of development and deployment experience with Python in AWS Lambda functions. Practical programming experience with Python (mandatory) and Java, JavaScript. Development and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions using Contact Flow and Amazon Lex. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software design and implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD—for example, Git workflows. Continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS—for example, CloudFormation, SAM CLI, etc. General AWS architecture (AWS Cloud Fundamentals).
