Professional growth opportunities #### **About the Role: Software Engineer (Python \& GenAI)** LUZA Group is seeking a **Software Engineer (Python \& GenAI)** for a major freight transportation company in Spain. What will your responsibilities be? * Developing Python applications integrating large language models (LLMs) into production environments. * Designing and optimizing RAG pipelines (embeddings, semantic search, vector databases). * Building agents and automations using LangChain and associated frameworks. * Developing scalable APIs with FastAPI. * Participating in architectural decisions and applying best practices (testing, CI/CD, code review). * Collaborating with business, data, and systems teams to integrate AI solutions. * Mentoring technical profiles and contributing to continuous team improvement. Requirements: * 8 years of professional software development experience. * 4 years of hands-on Python development experience in production environments. * Demonstrable experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in cross-functional teams. * Solid backend development experience with Python. * Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. * Experience developing APIs and working in cloud environments.
