Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Documentation Engineer to lead the development and supervision of complex product manuals, ensuring their quality and usability for end users in Power Electronics. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing high-complexity sections of official manuals defined for the company’s various commercialized products, especially during early development phases. * Controlling the quality of inputs received from developers for integration into official manuals, participating—when necessary—in hardware and/or software design reviews. Includes basic handling of images, drawings, and schematics. * Creating new manual structures for newly launched products, defining new sections and subsections to ensure usability for end users, including section definitions, blocks, and minimum content requirements. * Supervising junior documentation engineers to train them in manual production methodologies. * Learning and understanding the products to be documented from both hardware and functional/software perspectives, as seen by the end user. **We Are Looking For:** * **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Organization.
