We are seeking a Software Project Manager with a high level of Catalan or Valencian (C1 or higher), both spoken and written, to lead technology projects within the Public Administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and high-quality delivery, while managing communication with clients and technical teams. Main Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary development teams. * Manage the full project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. * Act as the point of contact with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiations. * Supervise planning, budgeting, and milestone achievement. * Ensure the quality of delivered software and compliance with established standards. * Perform financial control and track project status. * Promote best development practices and efficient working methodologies. Profile Requirements * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Software Project Manager. * High level of Catalan or Valencian (C1 or higher). * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills. * Experience with management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc. * Technical knowledge in Java (highly desirable), associated frameworks, and cloud environments. Desirable * Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.). * Prior experience managing projects in the Public Administration. * Additional knowledge of other languages, architectures, or integration tools.
