We are looking for our next star hire for our Mobile Developer team in Valencia (although being based here is not an exclusive requirement—we also support remote work within Spain). We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize personnel management processes by centralizing them on a single platform. We work to redefine the employee experience and simplify daily operations for managers and HR professionals—so they can focus on what truly matters: caring for their teams while the company continues achieving outstanding results What do we expect from you? Technically, it is essential that you have: * At least 4 years of experience developing mobile applications. * Advanced proficiency in React Native with Expo and Expo Router. * Solid experience with TypeScript. * Knowledge of scalable architectures. * Experience implementing testing strategies: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. * Experience integrating CI/CD with Expo (EAS Build, EAS Submit). * Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play. * Proficiency with Git for version control. * Adaptability to change. As a startup, expect some curveballs! **And you’ll shine ✨ even more if:** * You use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor. * You have developed applications with Ionic/Capacitor or Flutter. * You have knowledge of other frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue 3\. * You have experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) code. * You have worked with agile methodologies. * You have experience in digital product development (SaaS or similar). * You have contributed to open-source projects in the mobile ecosystem. ‍ ‍ What will you do at Sesame? * You will contribute to building the top HR mobile app * You will work with the latest technologies: React Native, Expo, and an always-updated tech stack. * You will collaborate closely with a young and proactive team. * You will design and implement clean, scalable architectures. * You will be part of an environment with a well-structured agile methodology, enabling efficient progress across every project. What will your growth path look like within the company? * During your first weeks, you’ll receive various trainings—both on the project and on the product—and engage in pair programming to get started on the project. * In the first months, you’ll focus on learning and developing features for the mobile app—previously refined by a tech lead—while continuing to explore all corners of the project. * Once you feel more confident, you’ll begin refining and estimating your own tasks under supervision and contributing your ideas during team meetings. * When fully onboarded, you’ll actively participate in pre-sprint meetings and create, refine, and estimate tasks for your squad. **Every new feature is an adventure:** * You’ll work with React Native, Expo, Expo Router, and TypeScript. * You’ll use and build components following a Design System developed by our design team. * Your code will undergo review via pull requests to ensure cleanliness and alignment with the project. * You’ll implement CI/CD pipelines using EAS Build and EAS Submit. * Over time, you’ll assume greater responsibilities—such as reviewing teammates’ code and mentoring their growth. **Salary Range:** €45,000 – €55,000 annually, depending on profile.
