The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least **6/7 years’ experience** as a **Fullstack Developer**, with focus on: * Solid experience in **web development** within complex environments and strategic projects for end clients. * Proficiency in **Angular** for advanced frontend development, applying best practices and modern patterns. * Experience in **backend development with Node.js and/or NestJS**, building robust and maintainable services. * Advanced knowledge of **TypeScript** and **modern JavaScript (ES6\+)**. * Experience designing and consuming **REST APIs**. * Knowledge of **testing** (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library or others), with emphasis on code quality and reliability. * Experience with **Docker** and deployment in **cloud environments** (AWS, Azure or others). * Knowledge and experience working with **Agile / Scrum methodologies**. * Teamwork capability, effective communication, and orientation toward development best practices. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Advanced Frontend Development**: Design and develop modern, scalable, and maintainable interfaces using **Angular and TypeScript**, ensuring an excellent user experience. * **Backend Development**: Implement backend services with **Node.js and/or NestJS**, creating efficient and well-structured **REST APIs**. * **Technical Architecture and Design**: Design and implement **scalable and maintainable architectures**, applying principles such as **Clean Code, SOLID, and DDD**. * **Integrations and External Systems**: Integrate applications with backend services, databases, and external systems, ensuring efficient and secure data flow. * **Testing and Quality**: Develop with a quality-first mindset, including **unit and/or end-to-end testing**, ensuring product stability and maintainability. * **Agile Methodologies**: Actively participate in **Agile/Scrum environments**, collaborating in ceremonies, estimations, and continuous team improvement. * **Technical Collaboration**: Work closely with other technical and business teams, contributing technical insights and supporting junior profiles when needed. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Modern architectures based on **microservices**. * Advanced experience with **Docker** and deployment pipelines. * In-depth knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure). * Experience applying **development best practices** and code reviews. * Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. * Sensitivity toward **software quality**, scalability, and performance. * Experience in high-impact projects or demanding technical environments. **And with us you’ll enjoy:** Permanent Contract Internal training and access to certifications.
