We are undergoing a full technological transformation and are looking for someone who will actively shape that change: building more competitive digital products, scaling our software capabilities, and launching new technology-driven business lines. Responsibilities The Challenge Our weighing teams have spent years combining proprietary hardware with embedded software and connectivity. Now we aim to elevate that digital layer to the next level: * Develop and evolve our mobile applications and user interfaces for industrial equipment * Design and implement an API architecture enabling our customers to integrate our equipment into their systems (ERP, MES, WMS…) * Build a software-as-a-service model: customizations, deployments on customer or our own servers, configurable business logic * Contribute to the development of the group’s websites — corporate site, e-commerce platform, and brand-specific sites — collaborating with the current team to accelerate delivery pace * Help automate and customize Odoo to improve internal processes You will have real autonomy, direct access to management, and the ability to influence product and architectural decisions from day one. Requirements Mandatory * Solid experience developing mobile applications (Android preferred) and client-server architectures * Design and implementation of REST APIs: authentication, versioning, documentation * Experience with backends (Node.js, Python or similar) and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Ability to think in terms of product and business model, not just code * Genuine AI-first mindset: using LLMs, Copilot, agents, or equivalent tools as a natural part of the workflow. We seek someone who is productive because they are intelligent in using tools—not because they write more code Desirable * Experience with Odoo (customizations in Python/OWL, automations, connectors) * Knowledge of WordPress and its ecosystem * Experience in industrial environments (IoT, Modbus, MQTT or similar) * Basic DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD, deployment on VPS or cloud * Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS architectures How We Work * We use AI as a real work tool—not a novelty.
