Our culture is built on **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation**, and the **well-being of the people** who make up the group. **What Will You Do Day-to-Day?** * + Execute daily operations of general accounting. * + Coordinate and carry out monthly and annual closing processes. * + Prepare and file taxes (monthly, quarterly, and annual). * + Prepare financial statements in accordance with local regulations, IFRS, and internal policies. * + Collaborate and support audits by providing financial data and information, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with regulations. * + Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and tax processes. * + Support the implementation of new accounting systems. * + Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management or audit purposes. * + Coordinate with external advisors on tax and accounting matters. * + Monitor regulatory changes that may affect the company’s accounting or taxation. * + Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the finance department. * + Train and provide occasional support to junior team members. **What Are We Looking For?** * + University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * + Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the full accounting cycle, tax filings, and Corporate Income Tax. * + Experience in financial closing and preparation of financial statements. * + Experience in internal control and auditing. * + Proficiency in financial tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI; experience with Odoo is a plus. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Strategic project with visibility and professional growth opportunities. * Flexible start time and work-life balance culture. * Collaborative, cross-functional, and dynamic environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise. * Involvement in high-impact organizational projects. **Are You Interested?** Apply directly—and if you know someone who fits, please share!
