Being part of a team committed to learning We are looking for an instructor to deliver scheduled training courses and CFA (Certification of Training and Apprenticeship) in the areas of **Waiter and Cook**. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout the entire training process, providing personalized follow-up and ensuring successful course completion. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Daily student monitoring:** Track each student’s progress, ensuring they meet learning objectives within established timeframes. * **Student support:** Regularly contact students (via phone or digital means) to encourage them to continue and complete the course. * **Doubt resolution:** Address queries related to course content and provide necessary explanations for proper understanding. * **Motivation:** Foster a positive learning environment, supporting and motivating students to achieve their academic goals. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a waiter and cook. * Teaching competence acquired through one of the following qualifications: Master’s in Teaching, Teaching Certification. * Strong communication skills and student-oriented approach. * Ability to work collaboratively and commitment to results. * Must be a self-employed instructor.
