SAP and Reporting Coordinator \- Madrid Madrid Full-time Permanent 07\.04\.2026 **Mission** End-to-end project management—including requirements identification, solution search, project launch, development and testing, risk identification and monitoring, task tracking with stakeholders, change management, as well as go-live and subsequent support. In-depth knowledge of company processes to support functional areas and meet their requirements. Vendor management aimed at optimizing the services they provide and associated costs. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and lead project teams—both internal and external—including consultants, developers, and business users—motivating them to achieve defined goals. * Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and scope definition through execution, monitoring, and final delivery. * Collaborate with business units and external technical teams to understand their needs, guide solution design and development, and ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives. * Manage application support and maintenance, ensuring compliance with SLAs. * Manage and coordinate relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, as well as resolve conflicts and issues arising during the project. * Act as the primary point of contact, tracking projects and requests. * Administer the project budget and ensure adherence to established limits. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree, preferably specialized in technology or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid knowledge and experience with SAP financial modules (FI, CO, TRM) and integration across SAP modules.
