**What will be your role?**

We are seeking a **Salesforce Project Director** with extensive experience leading digital transformation programs in energy sector companies, capable of managing complex end-to-end projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, business and technology stakeholders, as well as strategic vendors and partners.
The selected candidate will lead initiatives for implementation and evolution of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.), ensuring achievement of business objectives, quality, timelines, and budget.
**Your profile**

* Lead large-scale Salesforce programs and projects within the Utilities and Energy sector.
* Manage all phases of the project lifecycle:
* + Discovery and requirements definition.
+ Business Blueprint (BBP).
+ Functional and technical design.
+ Build and integrations.
+ Data migration.
+ Testing and UAT.
+ Go\-Live and stabilization.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting, architecture, development, QA, integration, and change management teams.
* Manage relationships with executive-level clients and business areas.
* Define and execute the project governance model.
* Manage budget, scheduling, risks, dependencies, and quality.
* Lead steering and direction committees.
* Ensure adoption of agile and hybrid methodologies.
* Ensure adoption of AI and SDD for project tasks.
* Oversee integrations with corporate platforms (SAP, ERP, commercial systems, billing, digital channels, and data platforms).
* Identify opportunities for continuous evolution and transformation.
**Requirements**
* More than **10 years of experience** in managing technology projects.
* At least **5 years leading highly complex Salesforce projects**.
* Proven experience in the **Energy or Utilities sector**.
* Participation in commercial transformation, customer service, sales, or marketing programs.
* Experience managing teams of over 20 people.
* Experience in multi\-vendor and multinational environments.
