We’re looking for the next star signing to join our team as a **Sales Engineer** for **DACH Market.** We are **Sesame HR** , the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize their people\-management processes by centralizing everything in a single platform. Before you keep reading, we’ve prepared a short video where we introduce ourselves and tell you more about who we are—let’s see if we can convince you that we’re a great match Hit play! **What do we expect from you?** On the technical side , it’s essential that you have: * At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales roles within tech companies * Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources processes * Advanced English proficiency * Experience working with clients in Brazil is a plus! And you’ll truly shine ✨ if you have: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * An analytical, technical, and solutions\-oriented mindset * A desire to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment ‍‍ **What will you do at Sesame?** * Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our product and services to existing and potential clients * Analyze software needs and requirements with clients and the development team * Ensure that product delivery is completed on time and according to expectations * Provide clients with technical and product\-engineering information, answering their questions and requests * Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide support when needed * Research, enhance, and adapt the product to meet clients’ technical needs * Train other members of the commercial team on technical aspects of the product * Gather client feedback and analyze improvements for marketing and sales strategies Do you accept the challenge?
