We seek a "hunter"-minded individual: comfortable engaging with decision-makers, skilled at uncovering real customer needs, and capable of qualifying high-potential opportunities for the Sales team. This role is strategic for Clasing’s growth: without a high-quality pipeline, scalability is impossible. At Clasing, quality matters more than volume. What business needs do we have? * Generate a consistent and healthy pipeline of B2B opportunities. * Reach key decision-makers in companies seeking innovative training solutions. * Align commercial messaging with actual market needs. * Capture market insights to improve product, messaging, and commercial approach. What does this role require? * Become Clasing’s first point of contact for new prospects. * Ensure a monthly flow of qualified leads (SQL) with strong fit. * Professionalize outbound prospecting in an EdTech / SaaS environment. * Collaborate closely with Account Executives to maximize deal closures. These are the challenges you’ll take on: * Multichannel outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn). * Account research and segmentation (industry, size, need). * Lead qualification using frameworks such as BANT. * Handling initial objections and generating genuine interest. * Intelligent lead follow-up and nurturing of immature opportunities. * Conveying market feedback to refine our value proposition. How will you know you’ve succeeded within 12 months? * Clasing’s B2B pipeline is robust, predictable, and high-quality. * Account Executives receive “hot,” well-qualified opportunities. * Our prospecting messaging has been optimized thanks to your insights. * The lead-to-opportunity conversion rate has improved. * Your role has become a cornerstone of the sales team. What profile are we looking for? * 1–2 years of experience in B2B prospecting (EdTech, SaaS, or tech sales is a plus). * Hunter mindset, action- and results-oriented. * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Resilience, autonomy, and a growth mindset. * Hunger to learn (junior or trainee candidates with the right attitude are welcome). * Fluency in Italian.
