Job Summary: Route programmer responsible for planning, developing, and reviewing routes for the home intervention department, coordinating human and technical resources. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking to hire a **route programmer** for our offices located at **Avenida de Manoteras, 18 (Madrid)** to plan, develop, and review routes for the home intervention department, ensuring service delivery to end users by efficiently coordinating the department’s human and technical resources in accordance with established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Programming routes for home intervention staff. * Administrative tasks (database review, review of previous routes, etc.). * Support and management of external calls received through the main switchboard. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract. * 30 hours/week working schedule. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 15:00–21:00, with days off assigned according to the shift roster. * 100% on-site work. **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent. * **Proficiency** in office software and **Excel.** * Experience in customer service (by telephone). * Desirable: Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) in Administrative Management. **A Little More About Us:** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
