




Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Quality Manager for Space and Defense to ensure software quality assurance in space and defense projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are a pioneering engineering company specializing in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we undertake the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for software quality assurance in space and defense projects. **Your Responsibilities:** * Define and implement software quality plans in accordance with customer requirements and the regulatory framework applicable to products * Review software specifications and ensure traceability with applicable requirements * Manage quality of software subcontracts / use of pre-existing software * Manage software issues and non-conformities related to software * Manage software configuration * Manage indicators related to software product quality characteristics * Prepare software quality records and software configuration audits * Document software quality assurance activities * Prepare/ensure operational reliability assurance activities (SRAMS, SFMECA, failure analysis) * Participate in Design Reviews and Phase Gates * Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design and development, unit testing, integration testing, implementation, and diagnostics * Ensure adherence to standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle; monitor both process and final product **What We Expect From You:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, etc. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing the duties described above. * Experience in space and defense-related projects is desirable. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of: * Standards: ECSS, DO-178, DO-254, AQAP/PECAL 2210. * Configuration management (SVN, Git). * Quality tools: SonarQube, Polyspace, LDRA, DOORS. * Programming languages: C, Python. * Systems: RTEMS, GNU GCC, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps. **What We Offer You:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at Sener: * Integrate into a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team participating in technologically innovative projects at the international level. * Continue your professional development with us and access a broad range of training programs (technical training, soft skills, language courses, etc.). * Take care of yourself with our physical and emotional well-being program: sports, workshops, medical services, physiotherapy, etc. * Optimize your salary with our flexible compensation plan (meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and benefit from our life and accident insurance. * Flexibilize your way of working!
