In the CRM practice, you will actively participate in training delivered by Avanade consultants, where you will learn tools, practices, and processes commonly used across Avanade's internal projects and those for its clients. You will participate in developing applications based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Building a data model based on Dataverse by creating tables, attributes, or relationships; * Configuring views and forms for Dynamics or Power Apps applications; * Developing business logic using JavaScript or .NET C\# through Dynamics components such as Plugins, Actions, Custom Workflow Activities, or Web Resources; * Creating dashboards and reports based on Dynamics 365 components; * Configuring automated workflows using Power Automate or Dynamics Workflows. Qualification * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. * Understanding of Dataverse data models and application configuration (views, forms, dashboards). * Basic programming skills in JavaScript or .NET C\#. * Strong analytical mindset, teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn.
