We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver a five\-day, in\-person course titled **“Refinery Process Yields Optimization”** in BARCELONA, from **14 to 18 SEP 2026**. The course will cover: * Refinery yield structures and product distribution * Feedstock and crude\-oil evaluation * Material balance and product\-slate optimization * Process variables and conversion efficiency * Catalyst behaviour and conversion severity * Integration of distillation and conversion units * Bottleneck identification and constraint management * Yield monitoring, KPIs, data interpretation, and performance improvement The ideal trainer should have: * Strong practical experience in refinery operations, process engineering, or yield optimization * A background in chemical, petroleum, or process engineering * Previous professional training or consulting experience * The ability to explain concepts through practical refinery examples, case studies, and exercises * Excellent English communication and presentation skills * Availability to deliver the course in person on the stated dates Interested trainers are requested to share their updated CV, relevant refinery and training experience, Job Type: Contract Contract length: 5 days Experience: * hands\-on refinery: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * ENGLISH (Required) Work Location: In person
