Work as a personal shopper and stop competing with 99% of the market to acquire properties that no one wants to buy. Avoid the inherent conflict of interest in the market and earn more while working less. No fixed salary—only high commissions, ranging from €2,500 to €6,000 per transaction. If you perform well, you may qualify for an exclusive operator license, currently valued between €17,500 and €35,000. Exclusivity is not required; compatibility with other activities is allowed, but you must meet client needs. **Responsibilities** * Client closing * Show properties selected for the client * Negotiate with real estate agencies and/or property owners * Accompany the client through to post-signing **Requirements** * Self-employed registration (autónomo) * Vehicle for transportation * Spanish and English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus. * Ability to handle demanding clients seeking a different experience compared to traditional real estate agencies.
