As part of our positioning as a leading company in aerospace and defense, we are seeking to hire a:
Radar Systems, Embedded Software and Communications Engineer
**What will you do?**
You will participate in the full development lifecycle of advanced radar systems, working on critical real-time platforms under resource-constrained conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Design, development, verification, and integration of **embedded software** for radar systems.
* Implementation of **low-level C/C\+\+ software**, directly interacting with hardware.
* Configuration and customization of **embedded Linux**, kernel optimization, drivers, and RT extensions.
* Development and maintenance of communication interfaces using **UDP, TCP, SNMP, and Modbus**.
* Use of virtualization tools such as **Docker, QEMU, or KVM** for development, testing, and deployment.
* Ensuring compliance with defense standards (**NATO AQAP**, among others).
* Development of efficient, secure, and well-documented software.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams: systems, RF, hardware, integration, and QA.

We are seeking:
* Engineering degree (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Aerospace, or related field).
* Experience in **advanced C/C\+\+** (firmware, hardware control, applied OOP).
* Experience in **real-time embedded software**.
* Advanced knowledge of **embedded Linux** (kernel, drivers, RT).
* Experience with communication protocols (UDP/TCP/SNMP/Modbus).
* Advanced Python (4–5 years) for automation and scripting.
* Desirable: experience in **neural networks or fuzzy logic applied to embedded systems**.
* Valuable experience in **defense, aerospace, radar, RF, or critical systems**.
* Professional-level English.
