We are looking for a **Python Data Analyst / Junior Data Engineer** to join an aerospace sector project—100% on-site in Getafe—to support data analysis, transformation, and automation tasks using Python and Pandas. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **data analysis and transformation with Python and Pandas**. * Build and implement **ETLs** (Extract, Transform, Load) to standardize and prepare data for analysis and insights. * Automate processes and reduce manual work resulting from Excel-based data reconciliation. * Design and implement **software solutions** aimed at automating workflows and improving internal processes. * Integrate data from multiple files and systems to facilitate tracking of **KPIs**. * Participate in **testing** and **debugging** of developed scripts and solutions. **Required Qualifications** * Degree in **Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics**, or related field (university degree required). * Knowledge of **Python** for data analysis. * Proficiency with **Pandas** for cleaning, manipulating, and transforming tabular data. * Analytical ability to interpret complex data and extract patterns. * Basic knowledge of **SQL** and databases. * Communication skills to present results and explain processes. * Ability to design **end\-to\-end** solutions: conception, development, testing, and debugging. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience automating processes with Python. * Advanced Excel knowledge or reporting tools. * Familiarity with Git or version control systems. **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract.** * Childcare allowance (up to €600 b/a). * Meal allowance (€1\.200 b/a). * Technical, soft-skills, and language training. * **A realistic career plan** tailored to your professional development. **About Capgemini** Capgemini is a global leader in business transformation and management, harnessing the full power of technology.
