Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented pharmacist/health scientist to develop new drugs with innovative galenic formulations, manage projects, and contribute to applied research. At TECNALIA’s Pharmaceutical Development Laboratory, we hold accreditation from the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) for Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We aim to strengthen this pharmaceutical development laboratory and, to that end, seek to recruit a professional dedicated to developing new drugs based on innovative galenic formulations. *If you are proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented, able to adapt to new projects, and enjoy teamwork…* *If you are passionate about applied research and transferring technology to industry and society to address future challenges… keep reading!* ***Your Responsibilities:*** * Proposing galenic formulations and evaluating physicochemical characterization and in vitro studies of drugs. * Developing and validating analytical methods. * Conducting stability studies on selected prototypes. * Preparing associated documentation: technical reports, protocols, study reports, etc. * Managing proposals, planning, coordinating, and executing pharmaceutical development projects, adhering to principles of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. ***What We Offer:*** * *Opportunities for professional development.* * *Integration into a young and dynamic team.* * *Work-life balance measures.* * *Permanent contract.* **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences **Languages:** Proficiency in English—reading, comprehension, and fluent conversation; minimum level B2 **Experience:** 2 years in a similar position **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for medicinal products. * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Laboratory experience and proficiency in physicochemical techniques. * Chromatographic knowledge (HPLC) and experience with analytical software (EMPOWER, OpenLab, etc.). * Experience in similar roles. * Master’s degree in the pharmaceutical industry field. * *We positively consider applications from individuals holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher, in compliance with current legislation—the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion (LGD).*
