We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in agile methodologies, ideally as a Scrum Master, for a major client in the banking sector. The project responsibilities are as follows: * Act as team mentor/leader and reinforce organizational values and culture * Leverage your deep technical expertise to contribute to product architectural design. * Contribute to defining the product roadmap and support end-to-end delivery of product releases, as well as communication with various stakeholders * Develop software products for banking and financial institutions using open R\+D teams that embrace collaboration, non-hierarchical structures, and respect for contributions, following agile principles. * Empower and encourage teams to continuously improve technology and processes. * Challenge and support individuals and engineering practices to enhance product quality. * Support product team governance to ensure solution quality and effectiveness Requirements What are we looking for? Total required experience: 8–11 years: * 8 years’ experience developing Java-based and open-source technology solutions as an engineer in organizations, preferably international ones. * Practical experience with Spring, microservices architecture, and cloud computing. * Minimum 3 years’ experience applying Agile methodology (preferably as a Scrum Master) * At least two of the following languages: o English at B2/C1 level o French at minimum B1 level o Spanish at B2/C1 level Additional Information What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies.
