We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in agile methodologies, ideally as a Scrum Master, for a major client in the banking sector. Project responsibilities include: * Acting as team mentor/leader and reinforcing organizational values and culture * Leveraging your deep technical expertise to contribute to product architectural design * Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting end-to-end delivery of product releases, as well as communication with various stakeholders * Developing software products for banking and financial institutions using open R&D teams that embrace collaboration, non-hierarchical structures, and respect for contributions — all guided by agile principles * Empowering and encouraging teams to continuously improve technology and processes * Challenging and supporting individuals and engineering practices to enhance product quality * Supporting product team governance to ensure solution quality and effectiveness Requirements What are we looking for?
