Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and technological evolution of robust and scalable solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are recruiting, for a major metal industry company in RUBI, a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and lead robust, secure, and scalable Full Stack solutions—ensuring software technical quality, proper system architecture, and organizational technological evolution. Act as the team’s technical reference, promoting best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement. 1\) Technical Architecture Design and Leadership Define application and technical solution architectures (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with the technology strategy. 2\) Full Stack Development of Complex Solutions Design and develop end-to-end functionality, ensuring clean, efficient, reusable code aligned with quality standards. 3\) Definition of Standards and Best Practices Establish and enforce development standards (clean code, testing, security, documentation), promoting technical quality across the team. 4\) Technical Supervision and Code Review Conduct advanced code reviews, validating design, quality, security, and performance, ensuring technical consistency in development. 5\) Software Security, Performance, and Reliability Ensure applications meet security criteria (OWASP), performance, and stability requirements, minimizing production risks. 6\) Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring Support and develop junior and mid-level engineers by providing technical guidance, training, and assistance in resolving complex problems. 7\) Integration Design and Implementation Define and implement integrations with other systems (ERP, MES, BI, infrastructure), ensuring correct communication and data traceability. 8\) CI/CD and Automation Management Design, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring deployment quality and stability. 9\) Critical Incident Resolution and Advanced Support Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex production incidents—performing root cause analysis and implementing structural solutions. 10\) Technical Metrics Tracking and Continuous Improvement Define, monitor, and analyze area metrics (code quality, incidents, technical debt, performance, delivery adherence), proposing improvements and contributing to technological evolution and the area’s roadmap. * Experience: 5 years. 5 years * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree in Computer Science or Electronics * English (Spoken: Upper Advanced, Written: Upper Advanced) * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Monthly gross salary from '2000' to '4000'
