We seek someone capable of translating technological complexity into clear, actionable guidance, working cross-functionally with business, technology, architecture, and governance teams. **Job Requirements** -------------------------- **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for defining, structuring, and governing an AI solutions portfolio, acting as the single point of contact to answer key questions such as: “What AI solution should be used for each use case?” This role does not develop software or execute projects; rather, it shapes the portfolio, defines boundaries, positioning, and decision criteria. **Key Responsibilities** AI Solutions Portfolio Management * Define and maintain a clear, structured portfolio of AI solutions (both internal and third-party). * Ensure consistency in naming, scope, purpose, and target users. * Identify overlaps, complementarities, and exclusions among solutions. “Which solution to use, and for what” Framework * Be end-to-end responsible for the framework that defines: + Approved solutions + Tested solutions + Initiatives under evaluation or local initiatives * Maintain clear, up-to-date, business-oriented decision artifacts. Use Case Mapping * Connect business use cases and user profiles with the most suitable AI solutions. * Detect gaps, redundancies, and inconsistent usage. * Propose recommended solution sets by major categories (e.g., workplace, customer service, claims). Make or Buy \& Vendors * Participate in decisions regarding developing vs. acquiring AI capabilities. * Evaluate vendors alongside technical and governance teams. * Ensure decisions consider security, regulation, cost, privacy, and scalability.
