We seek a candidate with proven experience in project leadership and a strong focus on **technology modernization initiatives**. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead complex programs and projects, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in client and delivery environments. * Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders. * Define and govern transformation and system modernization roadmaps. * Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, scheduling, and budgeting. * Drive improvements in delivery efficiency and quality. * Ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience as a **Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Manager**. * Experience in the **insurance sector**. * Experience in **IT modernization programs** (legacy migration, technology transformation, etc.). * Technical background in at least one of the following environments: + **Host / mainframe** + **Java / open architectures** * Experience in enterprise environments and managing complex stakeholders. ### **What We Value** * A hybrid business-technology profile. * Leadership ability in team and client management.
