The selected candidate will play a key role in the project’s day-to-day execution, working closely with the Site Manager and various technical departments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities on assigned work fronts. * Ensure correct execution of works in accordance with design documents, regulations, and internal quality standards. * Monitor daily and weekly scheduling, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and safety compliance. * Prepare and review technical documentation related to the project (drawings, procedures, reports, checklists, etc.). * Perform measurements, cost comparisons, and financial tracking of works. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote best safety practices. * Collaborate with the Site Manager on overall planning, procurement, resource requirements, and technical analysis. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. * **Minimum 5 years** of experience in similar roles within the construction sector. **Technical Knowledge (Required)** * Solid knowledge of construction processes. * Advanced knowledge of building materials. * Regulations on occupational health and safety at construction sites. * Project management and technical coordination. **Tools (Required)** * Proficiency in planning software: **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Familiarity with management tools: **Presto, Arquímedes**. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)**. ### **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract** from day one. * **Career development plan** with real opportunities for professional growth. * Participation in relevant, high-impact projects. * A positive work environment supported by expert technical teams. **Seize the challenge.
