You won't just build what's specified; you'll figure out *what* to build. You'll work directly with customers, move fast, and iterate based on real feedback and data. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data teams, but you'll also talk directly to users, question assumptions, and champion solutions that solve real problems. You're equally comfortable diving deep into technical implementation and zooming out to consider the user experience and business impact. The main challenges include navigating the fast\-moving agentic AI landscape, understanding the unique workflows of financial professionals, and building interfaces that surface complex data in intuitive ways. This role offers a hybrid work environment in our Marbella or Madrid offices. **YOUR RAMP\-UP JOURNEY** ------------------------- **In your first month,** you can expect to ship your first feature to production. You'll familiarize yourself with our tech stack, product architecture, and user personas. You'll shadow customer calls to understand how financial professionals use our platform and where the pain points are. **After six months,** you'll own a significant area of the product. You'll have shipped multiple features that directly impact user metrics. You'll be a go\-to person for understanding how your area works—both technically and from a user perspective.
