Summary: The Product Developer drives product vision, develops high-standard products meeting brand and customer needs, and manages the critical path from design to delivery. Highlights: 1. Ensure product accuracy and fit standards Working closely with the Design and Product teams, the Product Developer reports to the Design Director and Chief Product Officer. This role requires a strong design background within a fashion design environment, with proven experience in product development and garment construction. The Product Developer is responsible for developing products to a high standard that meets both brand expectations and customer needs. The role involves managing the critical path from design through to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met and product integrity is maintained throughout. This role is instrumental in driving the quality, consistency, and execution of the brand’s product vision. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop collections from concept through to prototype * Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from initial sketches to final approved samples * Communicate with factories and suppliers, including traveling to oversee development and production for international collections * Oversee the sample and pattern\-making process for couture and international collections, ensuring high\-quality development aligned with timelines and cost targets * Support and collaborate on sample fittings, ensuring product accuracy and fit standards * Liaise with pattern makers to ensure all development procedures are followed correctly * Source fabrics, trims, and materials in line with design and cost requirements, and maintain an organized fabric and material library * Create and maintain tracking reports and sample documentation systems, ensuring accurate monitoring of development and material availability **Requirements** * Strong technical product knowledge and understanding of the full product lifecycle * Expertise in pattern making, garment construction, fit, and quality * Strategic thinker with strong problem\-solving abilities * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and adaptable in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data and reporting * Proactive, open\-minded, and adaptable, with a positive and collaborative approach * Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential * Indefinido * Tiempo completo * 08960, Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona, España * Design Team
