Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Technical Leader with experience in Host/Mainframe environments to optimize performance and migrate code and data to new platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** **At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Technical Leader in:** * **Host / Mainframe environments with PL1\.** * Advanced knowledge of DB2 (Host environment). * Experience in data migrations or replications to PostgreSQL. * Experience in integration and data replication architectures. * Experience assessing impact on Host resource consumption and performance. * Ability to manage teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Optimization of performance-related issues. * Migration of PL1 code to Java (versions 6, 7, or 8\). * Adaptation of code to operate against PostgreSQL instead of the PL1 environment. * Migration of data from DB2 to PostgreSQL.
