Job Summary: We are seeking Pilates Reformer and Mat instructors with attention to detail and energy to build a project from the ground up—designing dynamic sessions and guiding clients. A space focused on movement and recovery with a high standard of quality ARO is a new space located in the Justicia neighborhood (Madrid), focused on movement and recovery, offering carefully curated classes and maintaining a high standard of quality in every session. We seek Pilates Reformer and Mat instructors who wish to be involved in building a project from its inception—with attention to detail, energy, and a teaching style that connects with clients. **What will you do?** * Teach Pilates Reformer and/or Mat classes in small groups * Design dynamic, well-structured, and intentional sessions * Guide clients throughout their entire in-studio experience * Actively contribute to the development of the studio’s team and methodology **Who are we looking for?** * Certification in Pilates Reformer and/or Mat * Solid technique and strong correction skills * Energy, presence, and ability to lead a class * Versatile profile with interest in strength training and mindful exercise * Prior experience in boutique studios is a plus * Pay per class, to be determined based on experience Salary: €25.00\-€30.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Professional certification training * On-site gym * Training program Work Location: On-site employment
