We are currently seeking a Physician to join our center located in Madrid. The main responsibilities include: * Conduct initial physical and functional assessments of service users, as well as subsequent reassessments. * Perform medical procedures, diagnostics, and therapeutics specific to your specialty. * Ensure daily medical monitoring of service users by staying informed about their general condition and taking necessary measures to ensure stability and functional improvement. * Strive to achieve goals related to ergonomic, occupational, and social reintegration functionality. * Assess the appropriateness of using pharmacological, physical, therapeutic, occupational, speech and communication, cognitive, educational, and technical support resources (e.g., external orthoses and prostheses) as tools in daily practice. * Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals involved in the care of service users (e.g., neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists) to design and implement individualized goals. * Establish family communication through close, supportive interaction and schedule regular follow-up meetings to report on each service user’s progress. * Communicate and actively listen to other professionals in the team regarding service users’ progress and emerging needs. * Refer service users to hospital or health centers when certain health issues cannot be adequately addressed at our center. * Prepare clinical reports as a communication channel with healthcare professionals not affiliated with the center. * Collaborate and participate in internal and external training activities proposed to or by the center. * Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement plans. * Identify service deficiencies and any situations that could enhance project operations within a quality framework. \- Report functional \- hierarchical obstacles encountered during job performance to the responsible manager. * Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding data and information handled during professional practice concerning individuals served. * Any other duties outlined in the technical/administrative specifications document (if applicable). * Any other duties required to ensure smooth center operations and the continuous well-being of service users. * Participate in the company’s integrated management system.
