At DxT Servicios, we are seeking a **CAFYD Graduate** to serve as our operational and clinical reference in the municipality. You will work with a high degree of autonomy in direct community intervention, permanently supported by our General CAFD Directorate, which will assume all administrative and logistical responsibilities. Your focus will be 100% on people's health and the community network. **DURATION AND WORK SCHEDULE:** * **DURATION:** Project-based contract for 9 months (from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027\). * **WORK SCHEDULE:** Part-time (Approx. 9\-10 hours per week). * **SALARY:** Pro-rata based on the 5th State Collective Agreement for Sports Facilities and Gyms (Categories Group 3, Levels I and II) **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Clinical Intervention and Delegated Coordination:** * Receive inactive patients referred from the health center, conduct the mandatory initial assessment (PAR\-Q questionnaire, 6-minute walk test), and identify possible contraindications. * Record adherence and evaluation data in the software. **2\. Practical Implementation:** * Lead outdoor group sessions (1\-2 hours, twice weekly) for groups of 10\-15 adults/seniors, monitoring intensity (Borg scale) and applying FITT routines (aerobic, strength, balance). * Deliver the "Introduction Workshop" training (basic education on hydration, routines, use of apps/routes). **3\.
