At Transfer, we are looking for various **ENGINEERING** profiles, both **JUNIOR** and **SENIOR**, to join our industrial/furniture/chemical sector client companies located in the BAIX MAESTRAT region (Benicarló, Vinaròs, Peñíscola...). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Plan, organize, and control human and material resources in the production area; support the execution of plans and strategies to achieve objectives set by Management. * Planning of staffing needs, onboarding, training, and evaluation. * Fulfillment of established production plans, ensuring appropriate levels of quality, cost, and delivery time. * Lead continuous improvement processes. * Ensure standards of order, cleanliness, and safety. * Functional and technical knowledge of equipment and facilities within the area. * Lean Manufacturing. **WHAT WE OFFER**: * Initial hiring through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT). * Opportunity for continuity and stability. * Full-time schedule. * Professional development. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc. * Knowledge of Quality Management. ISO 9001\. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, TQM, TPM, OEE, etc. * Prior experience of at least 1 year in similar positions is desirable.
