At Novanotio, we are seeking an IVV Engineer to collaborate on an international space sector project focused on verification, validation, and integration (IVV) activities for both flight and ground systems. This position will operate under a hybrid model, based in Arganda del Rey, with a significant component of frequent short-term trips to European countries. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS More than 3 years of experience in IVV roles for space or ground segment projects. Practical experience with hardware and/or software. Knowledge of projects developed under ESA or European Commission frameworks. Familiarity with ECSS standards. Nationality from a European Union member country. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. ?? WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Hybrid working model, with approximately 60% onsite presence at the Arganda del Rey offices. Work equipment will be provided by Indra for security reasons. Availability for frequent travel (2\-3 times per month) to European countries, with stays ranging from 1 to 4 days. Knowledge of other European languages will be positively valued. ?? DESIRABLE SKILLS Experience with IVV test and support tools. Ability to coordinate technical activities with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in highly regulated or defense environments. ??? RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS Definition and maintenance of the project's IVV plan. Coordination of the development of IVV procedures and specification of support tools and equipment. Technical coordination and monitoring of integration, verification, and validation activities. Leadership of test campaigns, both in laboratory and real environments. Support to Product Assurance, including tracking of non-conformities (NCRs). ??
