At PayFit, we understand that applicable skills can be acquired through diverse life experiences—and those matter to us too. **Location:** This position is based in Barcelona. **Your Mission:** Ensure PayFit customers receive robust, up-to-date, and personalized labor advisory support, guaranteeing correct application of labor regulations and validating the accuracy of payroll calculations generated by the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide **expert labor advisory services** to companies, correctly applying the **Workers’ Statute**, **collective bargaining agreements**, and all other applicable legislation. * Stay **up to date with legal updates** and their impact on labor and payroll management. * Review and validate **complex payroll calculations** (social security contributions, tax withholdings, in-kind salary, severance payments, compensation, etc.) to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy. * Ensure correct interpretation and application of regulations across all labor processes integrated into the PayFit platform. * Collaborate with the product team to **guarantee product quality and reliability**, as well as customer satisfaction. * Participate in identifying and correcting potential deviations or incidents arising from regulatory application within the software. **What Are We Looking For?** * Education: Labor Relations or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a payroll expert, labor advisor, or similar role * Rigorous, organized, and **customer-oriented profile** * **Native-level Spanish proficiency** Would you like to join a fast-growing startup set to revolutionize payroll and HR management for SMEs?
