If you enjoy teaching, motivating players of all levels, and being part of an active sports community… **this opportunity is for you!** What will you do on a daily basis? * Design and deliver **customized and group training sessions**, tailored to each player. * Support students’ development by **driving their progress and performance**. * Provide clear and motivating technical and tactical feedback. * Collaborate with the technical team in developing **innovative sports programs**. * Participate in events and activities that make the club a truly unique experience. What are we looking for in you? * Experience as a padel and/or tennis coach. * Sports-related education or certification. * Solid technical knowledge of the sport. * Strong communication skills and the ability to **connect with and motivate** players of all ages. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and responsibility. * Availability to work as a self-employed professional.
