Hipoges provides end-to-end investment lifecycle solutions: * Due diligence and valuation * Transaction closing and restructuring * Amicable loan management / legal management, real estate management, marketing and sales strategy, reporting; portfolio management In the asset management area, Hipoges manages a broad range of assets, including residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, real estate assets, and unsecured loans. **Description** The Operational Analyst position supports financial data analysis and the preparation of reports and presentations related to activities carried out by the Real Estate and NPL department. **Profile** Main responsibilities include: * Analysis, monitoring, and control of various assets. * Business Plan analysis for each portfolio and cash flow preparation. * Preparation of monthly reports and presentations on the status of each portfolio. * Fixed documentation: loan installment calculation, balance certificates. * Monthly scorecard verification and calculation to determine incentives. Profile (Requirements) * Experience in Business Plan preparation. * Solid financial knowledge: cash flow preparation, Business Plan analysis, projections, etc. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent analytical ability. * Minimum English proficiency level C1.
