Main Responsibilities: (1\) Feeding and monitoring the production line - Place sausages onto the packaging conveyor belt or machine. - Monitor product flow and ensure no blockages or irregularities occur. (2\) Product packaging - Supervise correct operation of the packaging machine. - Ensure sausages are packaged according to standards (weight, quantity, presentation). (3\) Labeling and traceability - Verify labels are correct (dates, batches, codes). (4\) Visual quality control - Identify defective sausages (too short/long, broken, incorrect color or texture). - Remove products failing to meet standards. (5\) Product boxing - Place already packaged sausages into boxes. - Organize batches as instructed by supervisor. (6\) Box preparation and basic palletizing - Assemble cardboard boxes or prepare them for the product. - Seal and label filled boxes. - Place boxes onto pallets according to established criteria.
