MISSION As a Market and Investment Analyst, you will add value by performing precise data analysis to support decision-making. Your work will enable evaluation of the feasibility of real estate assets and understanding of trends driving the office sector. WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct market analysis to build business models and financial projections for the office sector. Perform financial analysis to assess investment profitability under various scenarios and sensitivities. Analyze rent roll, tenancy, and lease terms (WALB/WALT). Value real estate assets using DCF and Cap Rate methodologies. Prepare detailed reports with critical recommendations for management and our clients. Maintain up-to-date transaction databases and monitor sector trends. WHAT YOU WILL BRING You have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentations. You possess strong analytical skills to transform data into key insights.
