Responsibilities * Ongoing technical support and maintenance of software systems and products in production and development (both remotely and on-site), as well as configured services running on various platforms (operating within defined models and processes). * Provide hardware/software support and implement operating system-level technology across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions/vendors/brands. * Troubleshooting at L1 and L2 levels (basic and intermediate). You are expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
