DESCRIPTION At **SG Tech**, we are looking to hire **MERN Fullstack Developers** to join a stable project within the **financial sector**, working with modern technologies in an environment focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We seek professionals with experience developing robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications who wish to join a dynamic technical team and actively contribute to the design, development, and evolution of digital solutions. **What will you do daily?** Develop web applications using **Node.js** on the backend, **React** on the frontend, and **MongoDB** as the database. Participate in application design and architecture, applying sound development practices. Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and ensure delivery of high-quality features. Perform testing, debugging, and code optimization. Maintain and enhance existing applications by resolving incidents and optimizing performance. Participate in the software lifecycle: deployments, maintenance, log management, process reviews, and continuous improvement. Share knowledge with the team and stay updated on emerging web development trends. **Work Modality and Conditions** Hybrid work model. Local working hours within the **08:00–18:00** time frame. Client project in the **financial sector**. **Working hours**: 42 hours per week from September to June, and 30 hours per week in July and August. **If you are a MERN Fullstack Developer seeking a new professional challenge, we want to meet you.** REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Solid experience developing web applications with **Node.js, React, and MongoDB**. * Experience working with non-relational databases. * Knowledge of **REST API** development. * Familiarity with version control tools such as **Git**. * Prior experience developing proprietary products or working in environments based on configuration standards. * Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code. * Strong sensitivity toward quality, technical impact, and continuous improvement. * Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. * Proactive, autonomous individual with a positive attitude toward continuous learning. **Desirable** **English**
